The experience with EJB was really easy and enjoyable. Lizzie was so patient and understanding, as I gathered everything I needed to populate the website. I changed my mind several times with regards to how many pages I required (among many other things!) and Lizzie was not only adaptable, but very helpful in providing guidance in areas I was not knowledgeable in.
Lizzie and her team have a really nice eye for quality, and I appreciated this having had a few experiences in the past with designers where I felt my ideas were not understood or translated well.
I’d reviewed some of their previous work and was drawn to how sleek and classy it was. The overall feel of their work was very professional, which is what I was attempting to convey with my brand. I placed a call to Lizzie and found her extremely easy to communicate with and she listened to my ideas, and shared my excitement about the project. I was thrilled to see it translated so accurately when I received the brand proposal…it was spot on.
I have really loved working through the process with the team. Lizzie in particular is very easy to chat with and was readily available on the phone and email. Response time was incredibly fast to my enquiries – which was great when I was in fact the one holding up the process and scrambling towards my own deadline.
I think the cost of my project was extremely fair and reasonable. The support, contact and advice was very valuable to me. It helped me settle in to the new brand I was launching and my conversations with Lizzie really helped cement in my mind what could be achieved.
I plan to use EJB again very soon. I felt as though I received a unique, custom service, rather than receiving an adjusted template…as I have felt in the past.
I would rate EJB a 10 out of 10 easily.
